Refund Policy

Every Pattern Work Supply item is printed just for you after you order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart before you order.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just email justinwilliambond@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. No need to send the item back.

Addresses and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, or for packages that are returned unclaimed. If one comes back to us, we're happy to reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Cancellations

Orders go to production quickly. You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't started printing. After that, we can't cancel or change it.
